2. The Orissa Sahitya Akademi feliciated 50 senior literary persons of Orissa for the year 2007, 2008 & for the Golden Jubilee year of Akademi on 14.9.2010.
3. The Orissa Sahitya Akademi will confer its literary awards in the different fields of Oriya literature for the year 2005 & 2006 on 6.10.2010 in a function to be held at Kalinga hall of Panthniwas, Bhubaneswar
